Capital University does not discriminate against students, faculty or staff based on sex in any of its programs or activities, including but not limited to educational programs, employment, and admission. Sexual harassment, including sexual violence, is a kind of sex discrimination and is prohibited by Title IX and by the University.

The University responds to reports of sexual harassment, including sexual violence, as part of its efforts to stop the harassment and prevent its recurrence of possible sex discrimination.

CHOICES for Victims of Domestic Violence assists domestic violence survivors through a 24-hour crisis line (614-224-4663), legal advocates, counseling, and temporary emergency shelter. Buckeye Region Anti-Violence Organization (BRAVO)

As required by the Final Title IX Rule, all materials used to train Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process must be made publicly available on its website.
